When it comes to boat donations, The American Reef Coalition is considered a “user organization”, one that utilizes boats within its
IRS approved purpose.
A boat donated to the American Reef Coalition may qualify under IRS guidelines that allow the donor to base their tax
deduction on the Full Surveyed Value.
